Eskom CEO De Ruyter Goes to Court to Annul R 8 Billion Corrupt BBBEE Tender Approved by Current Board!

Having survived wrongful allegations of racism, Eskom CEO Andre de Ruyter has now resorted to legal action against his own board, in his fight to clean up Eskom and rid it of the systemic corruption that has plagued it ever since ANC took over in 1994.

Andre de Ruyter is fighting in court to scrap a massive corrupt tender with a BBBEE company called Econ Oil, a contract which was approved by all seven members of the current Eskom board, including current chairman Malegapuru Makgoba.

The new tender was issued to Econ Oil in October 2019 for the supply of oil to Eskom and De Ruyter only became Eskom CEO in January 2020. However all seven members of the current board, including the chairman, Prof Makgoba, were already board members by then and approved the deal with Econ Oil. The Board members were Malegapuru Makgoba (Chairman), Calib Cassim (Chief Financial Officer), Pulane Molokwane, Banothile Makhubela, Rod Crompton, Busisiwe Mavuso and Tshepo Mongalo.

Piet Retief Bail Application Postponed After Video Testimony Dooms the State’s Case Against Farmers!

The bail application of the five farmers, who are charged with the murders of the Koki brothers in Dirkiesdorp, was again postponed in Piet Retief court until Wednesday, because today is a Public holiday. The atmosphere in Piet Retief, was peaceful and calm, which can possibly be attributed to the large presence of the SAPS force and the neighbourhood watch.

Video footage was discussed in court which clearly proved that neither the farmers nor farm workers were carrying firearms or bulletproof vests. A.O. Nhlapo admitted that this is also what he sees on the videos. The video material, however, may not be used in court yet, but may be referred to, as it has not yet been verified, but it apparently comes from a fixed camera.

Last weekend Neil McKay (46), who was confined to a wheelchair after a farm attack 20 years ago, was cruelly killed on his farm in Winterton, KwaZulu-Natal, while in the same week, another wheelchair-bound man without legs, Greg May (69), the owner of the Lazy Likkewaan guest house in Smithfield, Free State, was callously murdered on Thursday 14 April 2021, just for a cellphone! The liberals will not admit that their “rainbow nation” has turned into an evil murderous African hellhole. Despite legal challenges, the Department of Tourism has announced that it’s controversial “if you are white, you are out” assistance package, of R1, 2 Billion is to proceed and whites will officially be excluded!

Accusing the ANC of Black Supremacism, Dirk Hermann of Solidarity Trade Union has said that race – only giving opportunities to black people – is clearly a super right in South Africa, which is not even subjected to any lockdown.
