Catalan political parties are joining the Basque Nationalist Party, the Socialists and upstart leftists Podemos to vote in favour of a No Confidence Vote against Prime Minister Rajoy after Spain’s center-right prime minister Mariano Rajoy, whose party was caught up in a kickback scandal.
